Hearing Information

Follow the steps below and click Next at the bottom of the page
After your petition paperwork has been filed and your fingerprints have been submitted, the county clerk will contact you to set a hearing date with a judge (be sure to check voicemail and email accounts for the contact methods listed in your petition paperwork).

We recommend contacting your county clerk's office to check the status of your case and hearing date if it has been more than 20 days and you have not heard back from them.
How long does it take for the county to contact you to schedule a hearing date?
You should hear back on the hearing date within 20 days of your petition and fingerprints being submitted.
