Attend Hearing

Follow the steps below and then click Next at the bottom of the page
Remember to wear nice clothes and arrive at least 15 minutes before your hearing.  Bring the copies of your paperwork that you filed in case they are needed.

If the judge grants your petition, he or she will sign the order.  The judge will tell you when the order will be ready.

The Clerk can usually make a certified copy of the signed order for a small fee.  Make sure to keep the signed order in a safe place.
If you experience issues with your hearing
Go to County Resources to see organizations that may be able to assist you.
