It is important to include your name, address and telephone number on every document you file with the court. Make sure you have signed all forms where required.
Collect all of the documents that you have filled out and make a copy or take a picture (you can use your smartphone) so that you have a copy of what will be filed with the court.
The clerk's office or local library can usually make copies for you for a small fee.
Do you have a scanner at home? You can also scan in your documents and save them to your computer.
